Every one of our technicians are professionally trained and certified to handle any type or brand of Major Appliance. Dryer fires can and do happen. We will service your dryer to make sure it is operating properly, and completely clean it of any lint, etc. If your experiencing an error code, call us.

No show for appointment , no communication.

The communication was that you would call me when your guy was on the way, the window was 12-5pm and you said when I spoke with you @ 4:45pm that I was the next call. It is now 8:29pm and no call and no show. I did receive two Unknown calls in which my phone filtered, there were no messages whatsoever, I called these numbers back and there is no identification who they are, I left message to an unknown anyway, so tech got return calls if that was their number and I have phone record to prove that.

They don't answer the phone or return calls. Their technician "felt" the issue with our refrigerator was a pre-existing condition. Therefore our claim was denied from the warranty company. Personally I believe they didn't want to return to my house given it was so far from their office. Didn't have the guts to return my calls. Beware of this company!

I called Capital Appliance and was so amazed by Chris's knowledge and mannerism. I never felt more comfortable about having our refrigerator fixed by a gentleman such as Chris. He was very respectful and honest about the arrival time and ordering the part. Chris kept me informed from start to finish. My dryer broke over the weekend and I do ALL my laundry on Sunday so I called freaking out Sunday as soon as I realized my dryer was down and most people are not open Sunday but I saw they were OPEN on Sunday and they were able to get me an appointment for Monday morning ASAP so I could get my clothes dried. So happy they were so fast and he fixed it right away, like less than 30 minutes and it was fixed! It was awesome! So glad my dryer is working again now...I highly recommend this place, and will call again in a heart beat! =)
