He did do a good job with fixing the leakage from my refrigerator. Same day I had him look at my dishwasher it was leaking as well. He told me what the problem was and told the price and we agreed. He told me he had order the part n said it will take a couple of days, I gave it a week an I contacted him no response to check the status. I kept calling for weeks I lefted messages after messages no response. After a month I got a hold to him and he said it’s on back order it will be here at the end of week so I gave him a week After he said that no response I lefted messages after messages. I don’t

I called Jim’s early on Friday morning because our fridge was not working correctly. I called them after calling two other places, Sloans and Sears, and they were the only company that could schedule me for the same day. Since I already had food defrosting in my freezer waiting 3 days or longer was not going to work for me. Jim was prompt and professional and had my fridge up and running in less than an hour. I will definitely call him again.

I called about repair of my dishwasher. We agreed the service call was 65.00. He said it just needed to be reset and he had done that and let it run a cycle. The bill was 100.00 which I quickly paid. I thought 35.00 was a lot to reset a button but if he let it run a cycle-he should be compensated for his time. I had to call Jim back because the dishwasher was not heating to dry. When I called him back I was not happy about another service call when he told me it was working previously. This meant he really didn’t let it run a cycle.
