Ken Kossak - Owner - Ken Kossak is a professional builder who has been creating new homes in Newport and its surrounding communities for over 25 years. Before founding KenKo Builders, Ken worked as a field project manager for Westinghouse, managing crews for large projects. Ken brings a high level of experience with all aspects of the building trade, pays critical attention to detail, and is very dedicated to spending time on the jobsite.
Our company specializes in hands on project management and scheduling control and is flexible to site conditions and design improvements. We enjoy the creative side to residential construction, working with our clients, to develop a project from the drawing board into a custom home. We offer the most recent developments in innovative building materials and home technology to give our home owners energy-efficiency, comfort and style.
