Very professional company. They redone the concrete around my 20x40 pool and replaced the liner and the pump. If there were issues they cleared them up pronto. Billy Nichols was very professional. Ed the project manager was there when we needed him. Mr Wilson was exceptionally easy to work with also. Would recommend highly.

I made contact with Chapman and Wilson to install an in ground pool, demo current backyard deck and build a new backyard deck. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The craftsmanship on the pool, deck, and brick stairs was excellent, can’t wait for the summer to throw a few parties. Lastly, Mr. Wilson is phenomenal a true professional and caring person, he personally ensured my experience with his company was nothing short of excellent. Chapman-Wilson installed new replacement windows and a new roof on my home. Everyone in this organization was first-class and professional, from the front office to the installation team. They did an excellent job and their follow-up as well as communications with me during the project was exceptional. I have completely enjoyed the improvements to my home, particularly the new windows. They have made a huge difference in the appearance of my home as well as the energy efficiency of my home. I would definitely use Chapman-Wilson again for my home improvement/repair needs.

Chapman-Wilson provided detailed sales information regarding the salt water pool installation process. Different people contributed to the job and all were professional and took pride in what they did. They provided us with a beautiful pool. The completion was ahead of schedule too! Thank you to the project manager, Ed; Steve the main pool constructor, Mickey, who made the water crystal clear and gave us detailed instructions on caring for our new salt water pool. Last but not least, a special thanks to the owner, Mr Wilson who personally kept in touch to keep us informed each step of the way.

The lining in my mom’s pool was over 10 years old and desperately needed an upgrade. So early this year she had called a few pool companies to no avail. Those who actually called back were giving her availability dates out in January 2022. She accidentally came across Chapman-Wilson Pool Company and gave them a call. Not only did they call her back immediately but they were also able to come out to a survey the pool, order the liner (which other companies claimed they weren’t able to do because of the pandemic) and install the liner all within 6 weeks. I had some windows installed in my rental house. From start to end the whole process went so smoothly. Wayne Stanley was very informative on the type of windows I was getting. The company kept me up to date on each step of the process. After it was all done, the workers cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was. I was very happy with this company and would recommend them for any home improvement service!

We had a pool put in almost six years now and and we have been able to swim three summers. From the very beginning we had nothing but issues with them. They cut our main water line, drilled the holes in the wrong place for the safety rope, did not fill in the gaps between the pool and the stairs. Around nine months after the pool was installed the… salt water circuit box stopped working. Since it has been over six months Chapman Wilson would not fix it. We had to call Hayward Pumps ourselves. Also we noticed in the beginning our lights in the house would get dim when the pool pump was on

Just had my bathroom remodeled and again they outperformed themselves and went beyond my expectation. After shopping around, they helped me maintain spending within my budget. They completed the job right on… time and the personnel were very professional. This is not the first time I dealt with Chapman-Wilson. They worked on the siding on my house and when completed company representative came over and inspected the work. He found some discrepancies and had the workers return the next day to make those corrections. I was pleased with the work, I had them return to build a deck in the front

I never even got to see their work. I had them do a walk-through for a bathroom remodel, for which they were on time and very professional. After that I didn't receive the estimate promised, a phone call, email… or anything. I called them a month and a half after the walk through to see if they were still working on the estimate, or just ignoring me. They not only were rude to me and acted like it was my fault, but they said they would call me back. Of course they never called. You don't treat potential customers this way. Not sure how they're still in business treating people like this

Excessive prices and terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had a timer go bad on the pool at our home we just bought (we didn't have the pool installed). I called and told them that the switch went bad expecting them to give me an estimate. They said we will send someone out. There was no mention of a fee for… someone to come out. After a week (and a phone call) I was sent an estimate for $690 to replace the switch $350 of which was labor alone. I had already called and gotten estimates from electricians. The highest was $500! Also a bill for $101 for the "service

I decided to use Chapman Wilson this season for our pool. The staff is very professional. They worked out a plan that fits within my budget, they show up when they are supposed to, and they call if they are going to be late. I called them on a Saturday to come out and check the pool before a big party that I planned and they came out just to make sure everything was to my liking. I'm very satisfied with the service that Chapman-Wilson is providing. I will be sure to refer them to others who may need pool services.
