The sales aspect of this process was good and the countertops look nice. However as they were installing our countertops the workers broke our main waterline in our kitchen and water sprayed all over the place for 5 minutes before we could cut the main water off. We thought we got it all up but it was apparently too much and got underneath of our floors that we had just recently had professionally installed. My contractor had to come take all the floor out and replace it and I had to have someone come and fix the plumbing that was broken. When I called to report the issue I was told to send an

Do not let the location, or the facia of the sales office fool you. This is a very big operation as you will learn in your remodel journey. The sales office in Raeford rd was not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place we shop around, and we knew we were going in, but we thought that they only specialized on kitchen tops. How wrong were we.
My experience was very pleasant. We started our remodel journey in September and actually finished the 3rd week of January. Keep in mind that we didn’t have an actual kitchen (range) for exactly 31 days. This was the one hardship. But this

When we started searching for counter tops the sales representative at Lowe's commented that Creative Stone would be the installer for Lowe's products. Although Creative Stone does not sell Lowe's products, because they are proprietary, they do carry a much larger selection, including local NC manufacturers. Their showroom is very nice.
I also noticed at the big box stores, it is hard to get anybody to help you that really

The owner himself came out to do my estimate and was very friendly and thorough. The office personal was very helpful, especially Tammy who took care of all our needs and kindly answered my many questions. My 70 sq ft of granite was installed in a few hours and it looks amazing. The installers were very personable and had me laughing. Again, they are very beautiful and I’m sooooo happy. Price was good too!

Every employee at Creative Stone that I dealt with was absolutely amazing! They could not have been more helpful from the minute I walked in the door. They went out of their way to attend to everything I needed. Richard Johnson, the owner, really goes out of his way to make sure that the customer gets the best service and experience. I had granite counter tops installed in my kitchen as well as both bathrooms in my condo. Richard Johnson and his staff were all very helpful and professional in making this happen in a timely manner at a fair price. They arranged everything from tearing out the old counter tops to having the installers for the new tops and the plumbers scheduled. Everyone was very professional and the counter tops all turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any work done. Without a doubt they are the best around.

Bottom line, don't waste your time or your money here. They are the most unprofessional, non customer-oriented business I have ever dealt with. We have used them on 2 projects and admittedly, the first one which was having a bathroom counter and sinks installed went pretty well. Based on that we decided to use them for a second project and have regretted it ever since. We should have known we were in for trouble when the owner, Richard Johnson, showed up for an estimate on the 2nd project to install a tile shower/reno the area around our tub and spent all of five minutes in our house.
