I can't say enough good things about Simpson Plumbing Service of Simpsonville.
We had a broken pipe from a delivery person backing over the meter that was gushing water yesterday. Even though it was late when I called them, they were at the house within an hour! They could have easily put us off until the next day and left us without water for another day, but they came anyway. Despite the fact that it was very cold and dark while they repaired the pipes, they finished the work without problems. They were efficient and very friendly and reasonably priced.
If you need a plumber, I fully recommend

We were looking for a plumber to help with some issues we had been having for some time. Based on recommendations, we called Simpson Plumbing. Spoke to Becky and she said that they could squeeze me in between their schedule. Wow ! Great service right off the bat. She and Joe showed up at my house the next day and promptly fixed my plumbing issues. They were very professional, friendly and again, coming out the next day being a new customer was incredible. I then received a thank you card from them thanking me for choosing them. This has never happened with any plumbing service in all of my years

Simpson Plumbing Service is great at all levels. We recently did a bathroom remodel where we did all of the work we could by ourselves, and subbed out the rest to qualified pros. These folks did all the plumbing for the entire project. The short version: They came 2 times. Each time was exactly what we expected. On time, did the work necessary so the next step could be done (with perfect quality) to do all the "stub outs". Then they came back after the flooring and drywall was complete to install new toilet, 2 vanity drains and faucets, bathtub faucet, and shower trim kit. Great work, on time,

It's very difficult to find people who will do quality work in a timely manner, it's nearly impossible to find someone who does that AND is as honest and professional as Simpson Plumbing. One of my toilets was re-installed incorrectly after my contractor was done with it - I had a small house fire and the interior had to be redone. The contractor did not seal the toilet correctly and Joe was able to find it, fix it, and save my (new) floors. I have called them twice since then for a stinky disposal and now a replacement one which was recommended. Becky is so nice & easy to deal with and Joe is always on time. Very friendly people - HIGHLY recommend.

We have used Simpson plumbing for previous plumbing job & they were our first choice when we needed new water heater. Quick response, very knowledgeable & professional. They took great care in removing water heater from upstairs & are particular in doing things the right way. Becky was great to keep us informed of the logistics of what was happening so we knew what to expect.
