Did a clean up for us a couple years ago, but now I’ve tried to get services from their company (tried mowing, fertilization and spring and fall clean ups) and this is the response I get when trying to book services:

This is very upsetting and our family is very confused why we cannot get services with a company when we are a paying customer. I was told last year they were booked up and to get on schedule earlier, so I emailed last year to get on this years schedule and followed up just a couple
