In many cases we have direct relationships with the people who manage the quarry. And it's that direct connection to the stone's origin and heritage that allows us to maintain quality control through every step of the process. But it also lets us offer something even deeper, the feeling that comes from owning something truly unique, completely natural, stunningly beautiful, and endlessly fascinating.
Talk about precision craftsmanship. In working with stone, there's no margin for error. So our skilled technician team measures each project with impeccable care using state-of-the-art laser measuring and CAD processing. Both digital and wood templates are used, making it a true mix of leading technology and time-honored hand craftsmanship.
In some ways, because we're so focused on details throughout the process, installation is the easy part. The stone is already precisely measured and cut to exacting standards, so there's little cutting or grinding onsite. Still, the Fox Marble installers are consummate, experienced, stone installation professionals.
As the creator and sales manager of the Restoration Division, Dan Lopez utilizes his extensive knowledge of the natural stone industry and his high-touch customer service philosophy to ensure delivery of a reputable service. In this role he utilizes each opportunity with a client to educate them on the maintenance and care of their homes.

I've read through all the reviews and I'm puzzled by the negative reviews. It's hard to believe we're talking about the same company, because we're absolutely thrilled with our recent Neolith ultrasoft installation!
Bernardo did an AWESOME job with our installation, and was a true pleasure and joy to have in our home. We've already requested him for our kitchen counter Neolith installation that we're planning to do later this year.

We could not be more pleased with Fox Marble. Janice worked with us to overlay the design templates of our waterfall island and side counters on the veining of the Neolith Carrara Estatuario slabs to maximize the beauty of the stone for our kitchen. She knew exactly where to select heavy veining and where to go light. Janice was so thoughtful and had charcuterie boards cut for us from the remnants of our slabs, such an elegant and ultra designer touch!

This company does quality work! They were all very customer oriented and professional. We had a lot of granite and slate flooring that needed cleaning and resealing so we contacted them and other contractors for estimates. We chose Fox Marble because of Dan's professionalism and quick response with a written proposal that was detailed and clear. He made several suggestions that we were glad he made. Mike did the work and was highly professional, courteous, and thorough. We are thrilled with the difference in the look of our granite and floors. I'm attaching before and after photos

Great service team. I had etched my Superwhite marble kitchen countertop quite badly. Thought it might never come off. Got a very reasonable estimate from Dan who came over to take a look. Within two weeks, Rene came over and sanded, polished, and sealed in 3 hours. Perfect job. The etch is gone. Thanks everyone for a professional job!

TERRIBLE- do not use Fox Marble! We were redoing our kitchen and we used Fox Marble for all our counters. The woman who helped us figure out how to allocate the slabs, Jeremiah, and the installers were all helpful, professional, and friendly, However, we found Bill Gamble the sales guy to be inflexible, unresponsive, and not customer oriented at all. We had a problem with our island which was cut too long to be an 11" overhand (and this was after Bill had sent us a paper detailing the maximum overhang of 8")- why would they cut a slab that they knew would be too long and would break off

I needed a vanity top cleaned and polished, and some exterior tiles replaced on the balcony of a high-rise project we'd gotten. I was perfectly clear about this and even sent photos. Dan, the sales rep responded to my initial email promptly. We set an appointment for the following Friday, a little over a week later because he said they were so busy that was the first opening he had. Not my preference, but we all get busy, so fine. He called the day before to confirm we were still on. Great. He arrived about 10 minutes early, and I explained I was on my way but caught in some traffic

Full-throated five-star review for Fox Marble's restoration work! I have beautiful marble countertops in my kitchen that I did not choose but would never replace. Anyone who loves to cook knows that white marble and ANYTHING don't mix! My counters were etched and guests in the kitchen made me a nervous wreck.

Fox was recommended to us by IRG (where we bought our marble). The cost that Fox told is it would be to cut and install our marble was far in advance of what I thought any reasonable price would be for a few cuts and and install (over $10k). After seeing that much of the stone cutting industry charges way over priced rates due to lack of competition, we relented and assigned the job.
About 75% of our stone was used for the job at hand. I had plans to use the remaining amount for other projects. However, Fox insists that this stone was destroyed with the cuts. This is pure BS. The stone reaming

It is indeed sad when a business is so indifferent and lethargic in responding to customer requests. I am in need of, what I consider, a fairly good quantity of counter top material. I got in touch with their Sales person over the phone and set up an appointment to share the architectural and design plans with them so that they could give me a quote. When I reached the store at the appointed time, the sales person was not to be found. I waited for a while, when another good samaritan from the store took copies of the plans I carried with me and showed me a few slabs in the warehouse and committed

They were professional responsive and timely in all communication. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Joel is a top notch expert that made the whole experience of having a workman come to the house painless and actually very enjoyable.
I would recommend them highly.
As an FYI I received the coating on my counters to protect from etching and when it scratch more to my liking in the first few months I called and within the week they were out to fix the issues.

We were very impressed with Fox Marble's professionalism and service. In fact out of out entire experience kitchen remodel, we were very appreciative of Jeremiah's consultation, suggestion and install. We used the new NEOLITH ceramic suggested by their team when we explained the design of our modern kitchen. They understood and made it easy! Perfect suggestion! The Neolith product is amazing and beautiful.
We are now in then plans to remodel our two bathrooms and will DEFINITELY be utilizing Fox Marble again. We highly recommend them!

Fox Marble came highly recommended by our designer in a major overhaul they did to our home in 2010. They did all the marble in two bathrooms as well as our kitchen. Unfortunately, the quality of their installation was extremely poor. The side marble slab next to our sink wasn't attached to the countertop properly, which left space between the two slabs which led to chipping. When we called them in to fix the chipping they blamed us for the chips suggesting we caused the problem. Nonetheless they fixed it for free the first time, only to leave some horrible discoloration between the cement
