My husband and I had a large task ahead of us with completing Our Airbnb space in a cost effective manner and yet wanting a high-end professional result. We needed a kitchen counter, backsplash, and approximately 400 ft.² of patio. Pierre at Carbonneau tile was recommended to us by our local contractor. They do extraordinarily professional work at a reasonable price and I highly recommend them. We had a large selection of tiles to pick from. Their design team recommended the hand painted ceramic tile that looks very much like slate for our kitchen countertop and we couldn't be more happy

We recently had a walk-in shower installed. For the tile, we went with Carbonneau Tile.
We really can't say enough good things about working with Carbonneau. They kept in contact and kept us informed of how long it would take, when they would be at our house, and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Pierre Carbonneau came to personally inspect the work three times during the process. The crew worked smoothly together. The office staff was also a pleasure to deal with.

This company is absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend someone better for your Tile needs. They are a family owned business that take the time to get to know their customers and actually care about them. The staff is absolutely incredible and Pierre, Aimee, Amy, and Anna are always so helpful for any questions you might have. I cannot write enough good things about these folks. We used them to do tile in our washroom and kitchen in our Bayside home, Later we bought a home in Trinidad and had them do our entire floors as well as kitchen and bath back splash which was a huge project. They made our home look like a show place with their attention to detail and quality of work. Needless to say they will be our first choice for any tile project we have.

My heroes!!! I had a glass subway tile tub surround installed by a contractor who damaged the tile while cutting it and set it anyway, arguing that glass tile always chips when cut. Grey from Carbonneau Tile expertly repaired the shoddy job by isolating and cutting out the damaged tile without destroying any of the surrounding good tiles. He also cut every tile beautifully and chip free. He's skilled, efficient and professional.
Most other local tile contractors wouldn't even touch this repair because glass is difficult to work with.

My experience with Carbonneau Ceramic Tile was great from beginning to end. The showroom is full of choices. Aimee and Dana were so very helpful and had good design suggestions. Grey and Ken were very professional and conscientious from the demolition to the installation of the new tile. They paid attention to every detail. The results are FABULOUS!!
