The team at Arcata Pro Floor is amazing. My home posed a few unusual traits that might prove to be a barrier for any other flooring company--unusually-sized stairs, uneven transitions between rooms, and the world's most disgusting carpet for removal. Arcata Pro Floor finished my entire two-story home in record time, and with the utmost professionalism. I absolutely love my beautiful new floors!

Carla and Jeff were great to work with. The showroom is lovely with many options. Dwayne, the installer, was also wonderful to work with. We had an issue with another contractor accidentally scratching the brand new floors. Dwayne came out a quickly fixed the issue and a few other issues that remained after the install. We are very happy with our experience with Arcata Pro floor! Highly recommend.
