At Sprague's Mermaid Pools, we understand that a pool is nothing without quality service to back it up. Our name stands for Quality. We have the largest retail store in the area with a custom indoor pool. It was designed especially with the customer in mind. It has three different patterned liners, a Radius corner, Grecian corner and a Roman end.
When the swimming pool season arrives, leave the hassle of getting your pool up and running to us. And when Winter comes, let our professional staff get your pool winterized. We have three fully equipped service vehicles running Monday through Saturday all season long. Our pool technicians have many years or experience and training.
Sprague's Mermaid Pools & Spas has over four decades of building Inground swimming pools. We have installed more pools than any other dealer locally and have built for parents, then their children and even their grandchildren. We take pride on building good relationships along with quality pools. Our pool components are manufactured right here in the Capital District employing New York residents.

FYI- This business is not having their employee's wear masks even though they are customer facing. They have notes posted that the public is required to wear a mask and stay back six feet. When asked about their policy the girl Abbey said, " I'm o.k. with getting the virus. It will improve my immunity." They are under different management from last year.

These guys always service my pool. I will never have another outfit touch our pool. After not being satisfied for years with different pool service companies these guys are just what the doctor ordered. Ann who is a coeowner runs a smooth ship and ensures customer satisfaction. She has helped us get some emergency situations taken care of right away. Making ever customer feel like they are top proirity.
