What a wonderful company. They responded immediately to my phone call. I was scheduled within the week. And Ohmygosh, my windows AND tracks look as new as the day they were installed 6 years ago. Don’t waste your time. Tried calling to schedule service. The woman who answered was very dominant and talked over me many times. I was just trying to get an estimate. After 10 min of giving her a ridiculous amount of information so that they can nickel and dime their estimate, she shares that they that they don’t do windows with solar screens. I explain to her that we do not have solar screens. They are just standard screen material and they could be removed just as easily as any other screen. It also is annoying how they were nickel and diming every possible aspect of doing a basic task like

They did a great job and were on time. They cleaned my windows inside and out on my whole house. They cleaned the screens and vacuumed out the tracks. It rained that night which rarely happens in Las Vegas, but I was impressed when they called me the next day to check to make sure all was well with the windows, offering to come back if needed. Luckily everything was fine. I will definitely use this company again.

The G&S Team showed up, explained what they were to do and I welcomed them to go at it. And in a short time my windows were streak free. Water film / marks free. They just did a fantastic job. The office did not hesitate to reach out to see if I was satisfied. Follow-through, there just isn't enough of it. Great job G&S Window Cleaning!
