Marco is responsive, prompt, efficient, versatile, exceptionally knowledgeable, gets right to the issue, is neat, polite and pleasant. He does not waste time moaning about his personal life, listens to the client and attends to the issues. He offers suggestions for protecting and maintaining things in place and will defer on doing things he feels would be better served by a particular type of specialist. We've had Marco Plumbing fix a couple things for us so far. He knows exactly what to do and his work has held up well thus far. He is diligent, efficient, and skilled at his work with reasonable prices as well. Would highly recommend (and already have recommended) to others in need of a good plumber. I cannot speak for the rest of his handyman skillset, but if it's as good as his plumbing I'd say you can't go wrong with having him fix it.

I needed to have a toilet replaced and was looking for a reliable plumber. The reviews for Marcus were good...both in terms of knowledge and service as well as reasonable prices. That he was a master plumber who also did other work is a plus. Called and left a message. He responded back immediately with a quote and same week opening to do the work. He just left and I am very pleased. He ran into some issues due to my old house and previous work done with poor subflooring. He came up with creative solution, installed the new toilet and was very reasonable on the price even with the additional effort

Went above and beyond before even meeting him.....needed a part for my Delta Touch faucet in kitchen. He called Delta and had the new part sent to my address. Faucet was fixed in no time, and also did some electrical work. Very nice to deal with and I would say reasonable. Will definitely be calling him again.

I would not use his service again. I hired Marco to fix a leaking shower pvc pipe for a rental property. The pipe came loose again after two weeks. I called to have him return and fix it correctly but my call was never returned. After another person fixed it, I was told that it his work was never primed or cleaned so it was never going to last. I would recommend others using another plumber as his workmanship and customer service is far lacking.
