I had some Tool Box locks (2 of them) re-keyed (changed the inner wafers of the locks).
The work done to the locks was well done. The turnaround time was less than 1 day. Another place was cheaper but much further away. I really can't complain when this locksmith is less than a 8 minute drive away.

Awesome locksmith. Needed some locks rekeyed ... done same day ( probably could have waited for them as they were so fast ). Had some additional keys made as well. Nice small but well equipped showroom, staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

I bought a new electronic deadbolt, and wanted the lock keyed to my old deadbolt.

After calling around, JK Locksmith had one of the lower prices, and they were closest to me, so I stopped in with my new deadbolt. No appointment or anything, I was expecting to drop it off and come back another day.

The guy working there started working on it immediately, and I was in and out within 10 minutes, give or take. I ended up buying another lock, and this time went straight to JK Locksmith from the store.

That time, he had it done even faster!

The staff there is really nice, and I'm at a loss

We went here to get a new key cut for my car. I have a VW so its very hard and expensive to get a new key. Not the fault of the establishment. I had bought a key online and they cut it for $40, ten bucks cheaper then the dealership. they did a fine job and it works.
Customer service was kind of poor. My husband was waiting to be helped and even thought he was the only one in there the woman on staff took a call and went in back instead of serving him.
