Father’s Day, 5:00 PM. We couldn’t find a better time to lock our key inside the house. Quick phone call and the guy showed up in less then 15 minutes. He was professional, understanding and quick solution. The price was very reasonable and we felt like we under paid the guy. Great service! Great Response!

The owner came out to my home on a day's noticed and installed a new front door lock unit and did an exceptional job. He also made keys for all my doors to match. He was efficient and very friendly. This is the second time I used him and will continue to use this company. They do excellent work.

Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. They said someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived, and he got into my car in less than 90 seconds. Very friendly, polite, and reasonably priced ( <$100). Offered to make me a spare key on the spot as well. Highly recommend!

Called the 800 number and Chad called back promptly. Work was not an emergency but he still set up an immediate appointment. Extremely polite and professional in his dealing. Came on time with a call ahead to confirm. Quoted a very reasonable price. Very efficient in his work and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with the service and will recommend to family and friends

Chad was great. He gave me a GREAT price when I compared to other people. He came on a short notice and didn’t mind that it would be late in the evening. He was very patient and accommodating. He even helped me with my screen door and that wasn’t even part of the job—but he didn’t mind doing that to help me. I would strongly recommend using his services as I will if I ever need to again. Metro locksmith is awesome! Chad had showed up super fast (10 minuets ) and worked quickly and efficiently. He had to replace the lock on our front door and he had done it perfectly with a kind service, fair price and a huge smile. This is the second time i had needed a locksmith and the first time I had a different company that gave me a poor service and charged me double the price. I recommend Chad and his company highly and will contact them for any lock job in my home or car.

I have an old home in West Bloomfield and the front door was kind of messed up!
Because it was a different not standard size I couldn't get a regular lock for it I had to call a locksmith
Chad came out installed keyless entry lock plus fancy lever that fits my size of the door and now everything works good
I don't usually review company's but they did a good job.
