I highly recommend the Sanford, Me Servpro team. They responded promptly to my call for help to restore my cellar after flooding. They addressed all my concerns and questions, and provided a fair and accurate estimate. They removed all of the flood damaged contents, steam cleaned and sanitized the cellar floor. ALL of the crew were professional and pleasant. They clearly take customer service to heart. The commercials you see on TV are really true: they make it like it never happened! Thank you!

Critical: Quality
Would not recommend. They caused severe damage by neglecting to leave things as found. Left my sub pump unplugged causing more flooding and tripped a breaker to my well pump and didn’t tell me about it and just left it. Absolutely appalled by their lack of common sense and care.

Services Pro came in after pipes burst in second floor mid-winter and major waterfall that damaged bath upstairs and first floor ceilings and wood flooring. Staff were there quickly the next morning, professional and efficient to clean up and put air movers in to prevent mold, etc. I was worried about a closet ceiling afterward and they came back to open up the ceiling in the spot that concerned me without hesitation or delay. I highly recommend them for residential emergency cleanup.
