I had a situation where my sump pump was going to stop working. It was old, kept overheating and was going to go out soon. Before it went out completely, I decided to call around and get some quotes to install 2 sum pumps or a new pump with a battery backup. After calling around and receiving several quotes that seemed high, I finally received one that was more than reasonable from RMO Plumbing. I spoke to Mike and he was very professional, knowledgeable and recommended a system that he felt would do the job. We shopped around for a gas line to heat our pool. After meeting with rmo for an estimate it was a no brainer. Other companies tried to sell us a hundred extra feet of buried gas line we didn’t need. At the initial appointment with rmo we worked through the budget and details for the project and compared to the rest of the contractors Mike with rmo made it clear we were working with someone who knew what he was talking about and he was able to break his masters level knowledge down to beginner level understanding for me. The price was better than the competition and to be honest we may have paid

Loved working with them to install a freestanding tub and faucet. Mike was very thorough in scoping out the project and determining the best way to complete the project after another contractor had messed things up. He spent time explaining all the steps needed. The prices were very reasonable and I felt confident in the final design and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan came out and fixed 2 drains in my home, a leaking tub faucet, as well as a running toilet. He showed up on time, was very professional and even helped me understand the issues with my water bill. When done with each item, he went over everything with me which was greatly appreciated. AND THE PRICES FOR SERVICES WAS VERY REASONABLE. I will definately be using RMO plumbing as my go-to plumbing services.

RMO came to route my kitchen sink drain when it was draining slowly. He got me in within 24 hours and was able to quickly solve the problem. He and his apprentice both wore masks the entire time and we're in and out within an hour. Will definitely use again!

Hot water heater went out on Halloween, contacted RMO via email at 11 am, by 3 pm I had a brand new hot water heater installed. I will do a little research to make sure the overall cost is consistent with other companies but for right now, I am extremely satisfied. Very professional company to do business with, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
