We had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Chris and Zach. Both were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the install. It was well worth going with US Allied Plumbing as they were able to secure a three year labor warranty from Navien (vs. 1 year standard) and included an expansion tank and a condensate neutralizer (neutralizes acidic condensation coming from the unit so it doesn't destroy your plumbing) as part of their very competitive installation costs.

I wish I could give them zero starts. Unreliable zero respect to the customer. After i scheduled a day off from work (the last day off I had), I waited for them, just to get a call from them 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appt to let me know they are not coming. I told them I couldn't take another day off from work because i didn't have any time off left, and they didn't care. They never returned my call to offer a different day. They are expecting me to lose another day of work or pay there extra charges. I didn't pick the original appt, they told me they would come from

Thank you again to Paul and US Allied Plumbing and HVAC! About 2 weeks ago, I realized I needed major help installing our new dishwasher, farmhouse sink, faucet and garbage disposal. I remembered Paul from his great service the previous month (he had hidden a pesky exposed pipe inside a support wall so we could remove our kitchen soffit for larger cabinets). Paul came back out towards the end of the day and hooked everything up PERFECTLY. We have been able to use our kitchen to the fullest these past few weeks - thanks again Paul!

We were in need of a plumber Saturday night after finding a significant leak coming from the main line valve shutoff. After doing a quick read of reviews on Yelp I decided to call US Allied. Obviously it was off hours so I had to be routed to the emergency on call tech which was Harold. Harold gave me a few tips over the phone on how I might be able to resolve the issue myself while we figured out how to get a hold of the city's public water works to turn off the water to the house it was the only way to stop the leak. We were extremely satisfied with the work completed by Paul Dziarmaga. I was a bit nervous about engaging a plumber via an app rather than a personal referral, but I'm so glad they sent Paul. He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in his trade and takes the time to educate us novices and explain everything he's doing. We had so many questions and he patiently addressed them all and fixed all our issues. I hope we won't need a plumber anytime soon but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to ask for Paul @ Allied.

Paul showed up punctually, wore a mask, plastic covers over his shoes and was generally polite, respectful, and kept the work area very clean. Paul replaced an old toilet with a new one, was incredibly fast, efficient, and left the place looking better than new. Very happy, highly recommend, and I will be using them again for future plumbing needs.

So happy I found US allied plumbing on Yelp! They gave me a quote immediately and knew what was wrong. They also came out the next day and gave me a fair price! I spoke with The manager Jason and Howard was my technician.
I had other concerns and Howard walked around the house with my and my husband to address and explain everything. They replaced my sump pump, ejector pump, and did rodding for my sink. I like how they respected my house and made sure to cover the entire area they worked on. Howard also cleaned/ organized under my sink after service! Totally unexpected but really appreciated

Amazing service. Called because our AC kept freezing up. Sent out a repair tech immediately who was here in less than two hours from call. Problem was the unit filter was completely clogged and Freon was low. Fixed both issues and double checked for leaks, too. Works better than ever and our house is an icebox now. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to all.
