This review is unsolicited and unbiased. I hired Bulldog Plumbing to help us fix some shower issues as well as identify a leak from our master bath. You will be similarly thrilled by their professionalism, organization, and experience. The gentlemen who showed up worked quickly, efficiently, and were extremely kind and professional while they were here. They reminded me more of Apple Store technicians than the old school idea of plumbers I had in my mind. They were very considerate of our home as well. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I recently hired Bulldog Plumbing to fix a plumbing leak in our home. They sent John to complete the work and he did an excellent job. He was prompt, very courteous, professional, etc. The value of what we paid for a leaking supply line pipe was very good as well. I was very impressed and plan to use this company in the future.

Doug installed a tankless water heater for us. He performed all work, on time, per his quote with no hidden charges. He was honest and great to work with.

I needed both my outdoor faucets replaced. I called Bulldog Plumbing, and spoke to a very pleasant lady. I explained that one of my faucets was difficult to get to. The owner came out the next morning checked it out, gave me a very fair quote and we scheduled the work two days later, (my choice of time). I was very pleased with the work, and the guys that came were very courteous and professional. Before leaving they showed me exactly what they did. I highly recommend Bulldog Plumbing and will use them again for my next plumbing need.

I can't say enough good things about the people that work for Bulldog. I have used them several times over the last few years and they are such good , genuine people. Super happy with Bulldog. Got an appointment just 2 days after I called, they showed up on time, handled water shutoff with the city, finished in an hour and a half, explained their work thoroughly, and my bill was $50 less than quoted. Can't ask for more in a plumbing service. 👍

We had an old, leaking water heater that needed replacing immediately. We discovered it at 11:00 at night. Through word-of-mouth, Bulldog Plumbing came highly recommended. We received a call at 7:00 in the morning, and a partner of the company came promptly a little after 8:00 AM to diagnose, confirm, and replace our old water heater. Bulldog Plumbing was incredibly punctual, professional, responsive, and priced very fairly. I will be sure to give them a call for our plumbing needs again. Thanks!

They responded quickly, came out and fixed a clogged kitchen sink and replaced our ancient (corroded) pipes under the sink. Professional, clean, polite and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Doug replaced our sump pump and gave us other options to help prevent a sump pump failure in the future. Will definitely use Bulldog Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

Doug and his employees were always courteous to me, and that is important. I was looking to have a few estimates done for a few projects in my house. Doug came out and wss very kind and explained, in detail, what he would do. He even fixed a flow problem with my kitchen sink, right then and there, without charging me, which was very kind, and why I tacked on an additional star, in what would otherwise be a 3-star review. His estimates came in about average, and since this was a recommendation from a friend, and I was impressed with Doug's demeanor, I decided to give Bulldog a shot

I had a positive, but then negative experience.

My husband took apart our two piece toilet to paint in December only to have issues reconnecting it (it kept leaking). So, Bulldog came out right before Christmas and fixed it, which was great. We paid the hourly min. All was fine.

But, after it was repaired the handle was very tight and difficult to flush for adults, let alone my toddler. I had them come out in Jan. after the holidays and it was assessed and then they said I need some parts bought and further repair etc. and it would be the hourly charge. I connected them after that consultation

Fast and efficient service!

I called Bulldog Plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink and in under an hour, John had cut out the portion of the pipe that was leaking, replaced it with a new copper pipe and re-attached the sink and dishwasher. Everything was up and running again before I even realized it!

I was bracing myself for the bill, but found it to be extremely fair, and in the lower end of the ballpark estimate that Douglas gave me originally.

Called for a quote to install a back up sump system he came out and said he would call us back that was the last we heard from them. My husband did call a week later said he was looking for a part and we never heard back from them. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.

I was very impressed with the service that Doug at Bulldog Plumbing had provided. He was very punctual, courteous, efficient and very conscious ensuring that there is not an iota of mess made from the job. He took his time explaining and made sure that I was completely satisfied before he left. I would strongly recommend calling him for any plumbing related jobs.
