WOW, I have a boiler in the house and says within a year and one month all 6 of my thermostats went bad that he had tested and worked last year when he installed a brand new boiler and wanted 200$ to say yeah nothing wrong with the boiler.
He swore that all of them worked perfectly when he installed the boiler 1 year and 1 month ago, he said he found a break in the wire and repaired it and he did not even check to make sure that his repair job worked.

Satisfied with plumbing services. Website is great and exactly what I want from a business. You can request all services and appointments online without calling anyone. I greatly appreciate this. I requested a non-emergency service at 8pm and had an email with time slot availability by 7:30am the next morning. Services were performed at 9am that day. They were quick. Prices were fair. My favorite part is they text a photo of the technician who is coming to your door. I like to know who to expect.

My furnace went down early in the morning. I called in and was told a technician would be out within the hour. Two technicians arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had my furnace back up and running within a couple hours. I appreciate the care they took to explain everything to me and make sure the furnace was working after they finished the repairs.

Today was yet another time when I needed your immediate help and there you were within the hour. Your work is always neat and efficient but what I appreciate the most is the quality of work in every job no matter how small. Thank you for always being there. The two men who came to my house for the estimate were both very professional and very nice. They were knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. I really liked them and would normally give them 5 stars. The only reason I didn’t is because their prices were more than double of the other 3 quotes I had gotten. It was a little shocking how much higher their estimate was, but I understand everyone has their own pricing. I couldn’t use them just because of affordability.

I couldn't write a good enough review that would do the service provided to me by Prestige the justice it deserves. They just finished fixing my well water filtration/softener system a few hours ago. They said it would be a day or so for things to get back to normal..Heck, it's already better than before. Way better. Thank you so much!!!!!!

9/29/18 - I had a water heater that burst and called in the morning about 6am. They arrived about 2pm and within 2 minutes indicated I needed a new water heater. They then quoted me a price of $1800.00 for a 50 gallon unit. I was literally in shock! I feel like they had me in a bad spot given the time of day and need for hot water. I asked for some discount and they got it down to $1600.00. Still way too high but like I said I think they know the situation and believe they are taking advantage. I was expecting to pay about $1000.00 tops based on prevailing prices in the area! So much for price
