Jeremy started out as an Advanced Systems Sr. Technician installing carbonated beverage systems before he joined the plumbing industry. He was a co-owner of Old World Plumbing before selling it in 2012.

The bottom of my water heater heater gave out and I
needed fast service. My usual plumber was fully committed and had no one available. They recommended that I call River City Plumbing, adding "They have the same high ethical standards that we do!" That's exactly what I needed to hear.
At first, River City didn't think they would have anyone available until tomorrow. About half an hour later, around 11:30 a.m., they called back and said someone could come between 2:00 and 4:00. The price was in line with local competition. By 3:30, the job was finished. I am delighted!

River City Plumbing entirely re-plumbed my worn down 1800's home, brought it up to code. This was a job where other plumbers walked in and said nope, they wouldn't even tackle it. River City got it done and up to code in under a week! The company is well-run!! You get a text when they're on their way, when done for the day, the office staff is super nice. All the plumbers were nice, professional, and did exceptional work. They were even super clean which was not easy with the amount of demo to get to the pipes. Jeremy runs an honest, great company.

They repaired our water shut off valves coming into our house. The city water valve would not turn off totally, so it took them much longer to repair than they originally planned. They charged the amount originally quoted and no more. Very pleased with their work.

I got a fair price quote initially over the phone for unclogging my basement utility drain.The technicians were able to come early and cleared my drain and were out in about 30-40 minutes. Very professional and straight forward with answers to my questions. No additional fees or charges from what I was quoted.

Bravo to Karl and Raven of River City! They came out on a beautiful Saturday to fix a plumbing emergency. I was never happier to see anyone in my life. River City Plumbing has zero integrity. They took advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income. Charging "overtime " for answering phone calls and texts. Our kitchen flooded because the "plumbers" that were sent to us left a leak from not tightening a bolt. Gave us a quote but changed it to suit their convenience in making money. Along with questioning from the owner about the new plumber we had to hire to fix the mistakes and over pricing.Watch out for this one! Didn't wear masks!

Once again River City Plumbing has done an incredible job for me!!
The toilet in my bathroom broke which gave me a good reason to finally do a remodel I've been wanting.
I reached out to Jeremy, we discussed what I purchased and what kind of toilet would be best.
Karl and Evan came out and got right to work. They put their booties on, covered up my flooring, pulled out the old toilet and sink and took a look at my plumbing. Karl told me the toilet flange was broken. The guys replaced the flange and installed the new vanity, vanity top, faucet and toilet.

Karl installed a battery back-up for our sump pump as well as a new sewage pump and he did a fantastic job. The communication was helpful as they sent appointment confirmation texts and emails and also sent a text when the plumber was on his way. The work was completed professionally and Karl cleaned up so well you would never know he was there! I would definitely have them back to do more work, if needed.

Jeremy at River City is the plumber to call when you need plumbing help. I recently had a sump pump failure and River City was able to help get it under control in a timely manner and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Knowledgeable, responsive and efficient are some of the words I use to describe this company. Great to work with!
