Chad and the team at Parker Pools are very professional, polite and customer focused. They designed and built our in-ground saltwater pool in 2014, it is still beautiful and going strong!

I called them to setup an appointment to have them come out and resurface my pool. They weren't late to the appointment, they never came. I called back in and they apologized and said they would have someone come out on another day. That person never showed up either. I called a 3rd time and they said someone would be out before the end of the day.... still nothing... How is it possible that you can't make it to your own appointments? Why is it that you can't call and tell your appointment you need to reschedule? Why has no one contacted me at all after all of this?
Needless to say, I do not recommend

Chad and his team at Parker Pools are professional, responsive and very customer centered. They did a beautiful job creating a custom design for our new gunite pool. We've had an amazing experience with them from the design, construction and maintenance of our pool. I highly recommend them!

We got a quote from 3 different companies and we chose Parker Pools because they were very responsive and easy to work with. Being that this was our first pool ever we didn't have a clue what to expect but Chad worked with us every step of the way. Chad and his crew did such a great job on our pool we couldn't be more happy with the end results. We will definitely recommend anyone to use them!

They were too busy to take my business. I gave them detailed information on wanting to meet with a professional to go over a preliminary on what I was wanting. They said they'd call me back and never did. When these types of things happen, it's a red flag to me. My luck, they're so busy, that they'll agree to take the job, take my money and then be too busy to start and then finish. No thanks. It would be an absolute nightmare. A shout out to Parker Pools. When you're ready for my business and my money, give me a ring. Hopefully the pool won't be in by the time you do. They're website was so professional

Great service provided by Parker Pools! Highly recommend. I was selling my house and my buyers wanted the liner replaced. Parker Pools said they would gladly place the charges onto my HUD statement so that I had no out of pocket expenses to the $3,600 project. Unfortunately I lost my buyers, but Parker Pools was so helpful in letting me do a payment process. The liner looks great and the crew was in and out quickly still providing quality work. Everybody was professional and considerate. Thank you Parker Pools for helping me out!
