Payne Pool Professionals is not quite finished with our pool installation, but it's time to give them kudos! This is a family company run by Shayne Payne with Sanders Payne overseeing projects. They are responsive, diligent, on-time, and solution oriented. They are customer-oriented - from the moment the process starts (expect a call back within hours) with Adam coming to meet with you to layout the pool and show you samples of tile and decking. You'll have a 3D design within days. We had an unexpected cost overrun, and the company was good about talking through the issue and coming to a compromise

We looked around for pool companies and quickly realized that Payne Pools beat out all the rest. We went with Payne Pools because they were willing to work hard and did not shy away from challenges presented on the beach. They stayed true to their promises throughout the entire process. Shane and Sanders both worked hard to produce our dream. Everyone in the company cared about our questions and concerns. Our pool is now complete and we couldn't be happier!

Payne Pools from Gulf Breeze....is horrible.
We informed them that we had a sand bottom pool from the start. They said they could do sand bottom pools and then they were surprised when it was time to do the job, to discover I had a sand bottom pool.
“This was their first and last.” says Payne Pool.
They No longer do them.
Attention to detail... I don’t think so
Sold us on the Tile track...no longer do them?
Good communication .... not at all! We had to chase them down.
They cut the liner and hid it behind the tile track.... we found it... took 4 months to “fix”... and over 3 complete

Stay away from this company ....they have totally messed up our pool after multiple attempts to replace our liner !!! And now will not respond to our emails or calls ....I will try to post the pictures! We are forces to file a lawsuit to get out money back! ...they absolutely do not know what they are doing ! Run run run from this company and Sanders Payne and all of his subcontractors!

We received quotes and designs from multiple pool companies in the area, and also spoke with friends in the area who had gone with various pool companies for pool construction. By far Payne Pool Professionals had the most positive reviews.
Not only was Payne Pool Professionals able to stick to a very reasonable schedule from start to finish, but the professionalism and responsiveness of the Payne Pool Professionals staff, as well as that of the contractors, was great.
We are very happy with our pool! (The kids even more so!) Thank you so much for turning our vision into reality!

Payne Pools installed the pool at my home. Within months of the install the pool was leaking. Attempted to have the owner make things right, and Mr Sanders Payne told me to call a leak detection company, then promptly stopped responding. Extremely unprofessional, they do not warranty or honor their work, and I would recommend finding another company to construct your pool.

We contacted Payne Pools back in October. We had previously waited 4 months for our contractor to land a company to no avail. We signed the contract and had the pool installed by the first week of January.
They showed up on time, worked all day, communicated with us, and did a fantastic job. Every part of the process was smooth and easy. No issues at all, and hope none arise.
We would highly recommend these guys. As business owners ourselves we understand the difficulties and complexities of growing a business. We know things aren’t always perfect, but they surely did their best to get as close
