My mother had a kitchen fire in her apartment, even though it was confined to the kitchen, there was smoke and water damage throughout the entire apartment. Restoreace Restoration did a 1000% yesss 1000%! awesome, fabulous job in restoring everything that was not burned in the fire. My mother's items were cleaned and restored back to NEW by Restorace Restoration. When I tell you that everything was cleaned, wrapped and stored - omgggg. it was amazing. Nigel and his team were very quick to respond upon the initial call that there was flooding in the basement. They immediately came and did damage control within a few hours, working in a very timely and efficient matter to prevent water damage and mold. The rebuild of the drywall, carpet replacement and finish work was completed beautifully and the basement feels like brand new. Thank you very much to Nigel and his team!

Be weary of this company. The quality of their work was so bad that we had to have another company come back in to complete the job and the owner was completely unprofessional. It isn't a coincidence that every negative review is buried by fake positive reviews.

I acquired the services of Restoreace Restoration to help remediate the mold in my home. Unfortunately I received very poor service. Mr. Nigel Williamson came to my home and secured a deposit up front, but never completed the requested services which included mold removal. The job was less than half done. Mr. Williamson and the workers brought to my home seem to not be knowledgeable about how tot resolve the issues I was experiencing. The mold has persisted and I have been forced to seek assistance from another company. Now I am out of my deposit, Mr. Williamson is non-communicative, and I am stuck

I recently had restoreace restoration do some mold remediation in our basement bathroom and i am very pleased with the work that they did. They go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers and their health, no doubt! In the end, it was just only the bathroom and I can rest easy knowing that it's all cleaned up and there was no evidence of mold elsewhere. It was a pleasure having Marc and Gavin in our home to do the work. They were a great crew that were very courteous and professional in addition to doing a great job and kept everything very clean.
