Great company! Workmanship is fantastic, owner and office staff are so helpful, scheduling is easy, very reasonably priced. New granite countertops and backsplash are amazing! Our builder sent us to Deep South Granite to choose our countertops. We have been there twice and will not be back. Their salesperson does not acknowledge you when you come in, does not make eye contact when you speak to her, and acts like you are annoying her if you ask a question. She had only 2 granite choices for us to look at and NO samples of other colors. We requested some photos of other colors from her supplier., and did not hear back for a week. I don't think she even contacted them. Her excuse is that Monday was a holiday. Ok, well, it's Friday so why have you not followed up? We asked

We can't get the job finished, and they won't call, just emails asking for money to finish the job. The stuff promised was not fulfilled and we have had to call two additional people to finish the job. I could show pictures of the incomplete job if I new how to post them. We are very upset that the promises are not kept, and the job is not complete. We have a half finished job and can't use the kitchen until we get someone else to finish the job. We are very disappointed in the whole experience.
