I have literally been trying to get in touch with someone about an estimate for a month now. I submitted an inquiry online and no one contacted me. I’ve called on two separate occasions since then and left my info with them. I was told someone would contact me to go over an estimate for carpet in my daughter’s room. No one has called. Very unprofessional.

I had a AC water leak that flooded my bedroom, closet and kitchen, so I called to ask for help. I received several very large fans within an hour and the owner, Conner, came to my house and pulled up the carpet, finished setting up the fans, and cut the old pad up to help dry it out as quickly as possible. After the floor and carpet was completely dry, they sent a carpet guy who laid fresh pad and reinstalled the carpet. They worked quickly and were installing my floors the same week I ordered them and were through in 4 days. My floors are just beautiful.
