I’m quite shocked to see some of the negative reviews here. My experience with everyone here was only positive. I had them come out in December to give us a quote for a few things we wanted done. They were quick to come out in early January as they said they would. Everyone was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and assured us that the job would be done by the deadline we had. They came out and got the job done fast. I’d recommend Proficient Patios to anyone who might want a spa. Keith and his team all did great, thank you again!

Seems my experience is on par with other reviews. A lousy company with overall low quality in everything ranging from customer service to installation. They pride themselves on everything being completed "in-house" but this just means lower quality work from a less-than-qualified company. The designer spent 10 minutes with us and told us "it would be nearly impossible to get in touch with him again". A hand drawn piece of paper is all we got in terms of design. Crews just show up unannounced. They blame all delays on "materials". Will not be working with them again.

Someone from the Proficient Patios must be doing the reviews for this company because we feel this company stinks! It took 4 months for them to even begin the project, then they just showed up with all the materials right before Thanksgiving. Then showed up for ONE DAY and didn’t come the next day to finish the project even though they promised to be at our house at 7 am. SO, we called the company to find out why the workers didn’t come and no one could give us an answer!

This company is a joke! They could use a lesson or two about customer service and completing a job as promised. If you want to practice being a project manager, than this is the company for you! You literally have to hold their hand through the entire process if you ever want to get anything done!

They did my backyard and overall the people are nice but man they left an indent on my Cement so there is a about 2 and a half 3 feet of water that pools so it just sits there. Really annoying if I am paying that covid price wish I would have gotten some better work than what seems like really rushed concrete. They compensated by taking 150 off. That is not enough for something I am going to deal with for the life time of the house.
It is also impossible to communicate with them. I wanted to add unto my project and call/text multiple times and it's just a typical "hey someone will get with you

Where do I start? This place has absolutely no idea what customer service is and even if you showed it to them they would forget about it 5 seconds later. In April/2021 we gave half of 20k to install a patio cover, turf, trees and shrubs. We were told that the lead time would be 8 weeks. That day came and went and at 10 weeks we called to see what the hold up was. After sent us to 3 different people no one had an answer. Then we get a text telling us it's a material problem. At 3 months they show up at the house without warning telling us they're here to put in the landscaping. Good thing the wife

I wanted to have a patio cover built for my house, I got 3 estimates. Proficient Patios had the best price and allowed me to make installment payments. Their installation crew is the best, they installed my 75' by 20'

Got outdoor kitchen Islands, Kamado Joe Smoker and Summerset high performance burner from them, it was way delay delivery from scheduled and they always have excuses on everything.
The biggest problem was that they got us the burner that used with propane instead of the one for natural gas that we ordered.
It didn’t work properly so we found out the cause from Summerset company.
They sent us the new parts but I still don’t get this issue resolved after 3 months.
Worst service I ever experienced in Las Vegas. Stay away from this company.

In November of 2018 I contracted with Proficient Patios to add concrete to extend my backyard patio floor surface area and to build an 11 x 15 solid patio cover with slat walls to extend my original patio cover that was built with the house. We live in a gated community governed by rules set up and enforced by the Home Owners Association
