So happy we found Ken with Celebrity Patios! He was amazing to work with the entire time! Was very responsive and got me the quote quickly. He had to wait on us to get some other things done first but we stayed in touch and as soon as we were ready he showed up had all material and did a great job. We then expanded the patio cover and he made it look like it was installed the first time that size, you would never tell it was added on! Amazing work and just a great company!

Hate to do this but I've given Ken 2 years to complete the job and he hasn't. I've seen other reviews on here as well where he doesn't complete jobs. He did my patio cover which is fine, but he was also supposed to hang a box and run electrical for a fan. I've texted him many times even have the texts from 2 years ago where he gave me the date he'd come out. Nothing. Now he ignores my texts like others have put in their reviews.
Bottom line is my job was not completed 2 years later. Others have posted the same complaints. Do you want the same for your house

Celebrity patios is top notch I have been looking at a patio cover for about a year now and met with 10 contractors but as soon as I met Ken I knew he was my guy the most professional and honest because of the way my home was built I knew it wasn't going to be easy but they nailed it!! We are very happy with our installation. Our patio required four footings both inside and at the edge of our deck. They worked to undercut the edge footings without damageing our landscaping and minimizing the cuts to the deck for a 34X34X34 sized footing. The hand matched the pattern with the concrete. The patio has clean attachements to the house, the mated edges and the surrounding flashing. Each day, the crew was quiet, constantly working and cleaned up EVERY bit of debris each working day. The quality, price and installation of our patio is excellent in every measure. I strongly recommend

I called this guy up to get a quote and apparently he is too cool to answer his phone with a hi, how are you, how can I help you? He was so bad on the phone that I politely said I am sorry I am not interested. He calls me back and tells me what was that for, and started using foul language to say the least. Not sure if he had a bad day but I will take my business somewhere else.

I'm happy with our selection. I know that Ken and his team keep busy, but I think that our patio cover looks great. They put in the leg work to get the building permit from the city and approval from the HOA. Basically just waited for the approval and the guys came in to make it happen. We got a number of quotes and feel like we got a good deal and a great pergola. Recommend!

Ken and his team installed our new cement patio pad and our patio cover in 2017. We've had no issues and it looks as good today as when installed. We noticed a slight off set of the outer column cover from previously. We thought it might have been caused by the high winds the past two years. We called Ken and he rapidly responded, assessed the collar needed tightening and performed the adjustment within 10 minute.

I had two patio covers done by Celebrity Patios about 4-5 years ago. I recently noticed I was missing two end caps as a tree branch was rubbing on it and caused them to come off. I called Ken to inquire about how I could order two new caps and he said he would take care of it that day. I gave him the color of the cover and he went out and replaced them. Now, that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Super pleased with our new pool cabana. Ken was great. He came and gave me an estimate within 24 hours of my inquiry. Two weeks later his brother came to do the build and install. They were able to use our concrete base and bolted the new structure into place for security. It's so much sturdier and and more substantial than what had been in its place. We love it and are thrilled!
