Ok, so I’ve had Be Clean Services out to my house every year since we moved here in 2016. They do an amazing job and their staff (Alex) had been amazing. Couldn’t say nicer things about them, I have been truly happy with their services.

I purchased 2 Groupons in 2020 and when the pandemic occurred I contacted them to see if I could use them once I felt comfortable with a technician coming into my home. They were accommodating and so I contacted them a few weeks ago to make my appointments. Ultimately, things changed and I was not able to use the Groupons. The huge plus is they helped me so I was not out of any money for the Groupons I purchased over 1 year ago. I appreciate the customer service! Thank you Tommy :-)

I am disappointed in my nearly $500 cleaning.
I had many pet stains on my carpet and was shown them by the technician using a black light. After he finished, he showed me that they were gone (using the black light again).
A week later my carpet smelled, so I purchased a black light. Low and behold, the stains were still there. I texted the company and there reply was "that is how it works, the stains never go away, they just get cleaned." I complained that the smell was still present - but they did not offer to return.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The cleaning is fine, I barely remember if it was good or not. What I do remember is being called OVER AND OVER for literally YEARS despite repeatedly asking them to take me off their list. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. They will harass you for the rest of your life!

Waited for over three hours. Tech had called at the beginning of the 3 hour window to say he may be late. I told him that I couldn't wait much past the window. He said he would call within 2 hours if he would need to reschedule. Never heard from him. I called him and he said he called in and the company was suppose to call to reschedule. These people are hustlers. We paid for a groupon 35.00 for two rooms and a hallway which I thought was a great deal. The first day the were supposed to come out, my wife and I moved all the furniture and had somebody stay home to be there when they arrived. they called day of and said they would have to reschedule. So today again we moved all the furniture and I took off work early and when they came out they used a blacklight and said my little dog had urinated in the carpet and would have to charge me an extra 120.00 to shampoo the three areas. It's a scam. Countless things glow under blacklight

Seriously so disappointed with this company. If you see them on Groupon or are looking for a local company- look elsewhere! I called the company directly prior to buying the groupon to make sure they had available appointments in the time frame I needed them. The guy I talked to said they would just match the price. I told him I needed a carpet cleaning for an apartment that I've already moved out of- and described each room. I was up front with him and told him I had pets- I'm sure there is a stain somewhere, but I've cleaned the carpet myself with a rented machine and we hadn&apos

I was texted a coupon by them offering to clean 2 rooms. I scheduled the appointment (which had to be rescheduled due to a conflict on their end) and the employee came 45 minutes after the expected window of time. He complained about the parking situation and was irritated and rude.
I did not receive any notification of a surcharge with pets. I had been contacted nonstop by this company for their service and wish I would have seen their ratings before I agreed to have my carpet clean. Due to Dustin's attitude and clear disdain of completing my rooms, I asked to cancel.

We received an unauthorized charge of $147.60 after two other charges. After the first cleaning we still had spots in the carpet. They came back and convinced us to spend another $90 (after the first $300) to use a special disinfectant but that didn't work either. They are not answering their phone during business hours.

Found these guys on Groupon. Selling our home and on a tight schedule but they were able to get me in right away! Neil the technician showed up on time and went straight to work. He gave me some options on add-ons I could do but applied ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to purchase. I passed on the add-ons and he put in extra effort to get out a couple stains on my carpet! He said he did it no charge! Great service from start to finish! Would definitely recommend them and Neil especially!

Note- I edited this review and actually lowered the rating, as I arrived home and my technician had killed one of plants by throwing it on my bed, beneath a table. Really made me sad, and was the nail in the coffin for this truly disappointing experience. See below :(

I had my very dirty and old carpet cleaned this week. They came out great. I had small hope they would be presentable for a,visit from the in-laws but I was pleasantly surprised. We have 2 dogs who track in everything and looking at the carpet now, you can't tell!
It also smells nice and fresh amd,the carpet is not crispy-it's soft and fluffy!
I have used them before and will again. The price was very reasonable as well.

Not happy at all!! If you have any pet stains on your carpet they cant get them out! They say they will come out with an up charge but don't believe them!!! They were out three time and my carpet still smells like dog pee.
To top it off the guy at the front desk is hard to deal with and makes me want to throw my phone across the room every time I had to call back.
I think the $300.00 plus dollars we spent was not worth it at all!!!

I bought a Groupon for $69 (3 rooms up to 300sq feet and a hallway) just yesterday. I called and asked for the next available cleaning and was given a 10am-1pm window. I get a call today at 830am saying they can come now...perfect.
I wouldn't say he tried to up sale me. He assessed the carpet and made suggestions on what he thought I needed to do to get the job done (pets). Wasn't pushy and didn't pressure me at all.
He brushed, vacuumed, sprayed, and cleaned the carpets. Took about 1.5 hours.
I ended up paying extra for germicide
