We had a roof leak back in early April, Collin came out to fix it and was over an hour late. We reached out to him after he was about 45 minutes late and he texted back apologizing saying he'd be at our house in an hour.
A few days later it rained again, and our laundry room was flooded. So, the roof was not repaired correctly. We have been trying… to get Collin or someone from the team back out for almost two months now. And we don't get calls back and nobody has come to fix it.
