Roof was slate and seriously damaged. Leaking into house. Nextgen came in and in 2 days replaced all of the slate with shingles. All of the employees were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company. My daughter had them replace her roof and is as happy as I am. They worked into the night making sure everything was cleaned up. I found no nails on ground. Other companies are not as though

Brett was the sales rep who reviewed the whole process of the roof replacement. He showed us a range of materials and the sequencing of all tasks involved. Was highly competent and professional. The work crew took great care to protect my home and to insure the safety of their crew. The work was of high quality because it not only gained me a new and beautiful roof but also, it fixed problems overlooked by the original builder decades ago. Nextgen and crew did such a wonderful job replacing our roof. Very professional, explained everything along the way in great detail. I run a home daycare so closing during the week for us would mean my families would be without care. So Brett and team agreed to take on my roof on a Saturday!! This is my experience from start to finish : Matt the salesperson came to my house and took the time to show me what his team do, the materials they use, he showed me videos and showed me other homes they recently did. He looked up in my attic to see if he could spot and issues with my plywood. I had several other roofers come out and none of the others made me feel more comfortable. I knew from the second Matt left I was going with nexgen. When his crew came out to my house I met Chad the crew chief and he started to do his thing while his crew got things ready. I just sat back and was amazed

Very happy with the quality of work. Brett was very patient with me and my wife with what we could do, and what to expect. Jeremy and Jacob did amazing work. They were professional, timely, respectful of the property. Always clean up after each day. If we had any questions we received instant answers or maybe an hour at most. Definitely, recommend them for any project you want be disappointed. Thank you again everyone involved in completely our deck.

Roof came out great. The entire transaction went great. Matt was very easy to deal with as a salesman and the whole job was just very smooth and easy from start to finish. The estimate he came out to give was accurate and we were not hit with any unexpected charges. The work was done very professionally and I was very happy with the results. All of the Nextgen staff were pleasant to deal with and professional. We asked for quotes on our roof replacement and Nextgen was the only company to give us a detailed printout of all the materials and costs, in addition to a 50 year guarantee. The crew worked quickly and efficiently as a team of professionals; we were greatly impressed as we watched the process from beginning to end. Everything was left clean and our roof looks beautiful. Rene Gauthier Jr and his crew were amazing. We had a rather ambitious project of finishing a blank-canvas basement turning it into a bedroom, a full bathroom, two rooms for utilities, a gym and very large entertainment area complete with a wet bar.
