As always; I was very happy with the service provided and the friendly atmosphere. Very accommodating to my schedule and needs. This recent visit was for basic service but I was given additional information on my vehicles needs for future service so I can plan ahead. In my opinion MACARA vehicle services is the best auto repair center in the area.

Always have great experience here. I was surprised at how smoothly the whole emissions problems I had were fixed. They also were able to help with why the car wasn't running that well. I don't have any fears of being overcharged when I go here, which for someone who isn't an auto mechanic is just about all you can ask for.

Had the rhino liner installed at this company through my Ford dealer. Had over spray on the rear quarter panel, tail gate latches were not lined up properly and a big gouge on the rear bumper. I could fix everything myself except the bumper but should not have to. Should of received the vehicle back in the same condition it was in when dropped off. Rhino liner was good but seems they rushed and caused the other problems.

Pulled a bait and switch on me, gave me a price for a radiator job and when the job was done they told me they made a mistake on the price and had to pay another $100 out of pocket. Outside of vehicle was a mess and could see where the mechanic spilled something on the front of the vehicle and under the hood and left greasy fingerprints all over the place. For $600 to have radiator replaced on a jeep, was overpriced and left a messed. Mechanic also damaged vehicle by breaking radiator cowl and did something to the hood, so now it doesn't close right, STAY AWAY!! Service was attitude filled
