Mj Sullivan's has good customer service I go there for part when part store don't have and its an Emergency Nice Thank you guys.

Had to wait three months to get a part for my brand new vehicle. That was on Genesis, not MJ Sullivan. The dealer was professional and kept me updated regularly. Bob in Service had a tough job with my situation but handled it with top notch professionalism.

Brought my wife's car in for routine service today. Absolutely nobody in the service department was masked including the customer service representatives. 2 of the 4 customer service 'windows' had plexiglass. The other 2 positions had nothing so you are face to face with an unmasked person. So at this dealership the burden to stay safe falls to the customer. Just felt compelled to let people know.

I had my car diagnosed for a second time once it was diagnosed again I was told what the issues were I asked if it could be fix that day they said yes and fixed the two codes that showed up during diagnoses when I picked up my car and drove literally around the corner the Check Engine light appeared which it shouldn’t have after being “fixed” I immediately called Chevy and let them know that my check engine light was on they informed me to come back the next morning which I did they looked at it and said let us schedule you for another diagnoses free of charge. As if that was doing me such

M. J. Has a very good service department and performs all the maintenance on my Tuscon, I've never been disappointed.

First time here. Bought my husband a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck for his birthday. The salesman Devin Prescott provided the most outstanding customer service ever. He personally delivered the truck with a red bow to my husband's surprise birthday party!!! I am just amazed and thankful for that. 110% Above and Beyond Customer Service. Have had 2 service appointments both seemed to be rushed, the first was kept an extra day due to them not having necessary fluids on hand for my scheduled service.2nd was another rushed, couldn't find anything wrong with it but here's a $150 bill, still has vibration. Will be going to a different dealership that I will question about their scheduling and ability to diagnose and repair.if you can go somewhere else for service I would, save yourself the headache.

I’ve been using you guys for a while for my Chevy truck. It took 2 times to figure out my issue. My first time you guys helped me with a rental from enterprise. This time around almost a grand later. I was told you guys no longer help with rentals or set up anything with enterprise . And when I went to enterprises and told them that. They go oh no they use us all the time for customer who need to setup with cars. Also all my rotor issues should of been addressed when my front one were going bad or maybe recommendation that never happen so this time around. Everything was messed up between finding

Brought my car in for service today and it's usually something I do myself but I had a little extra time and figured I would give the service center a go here. Requested an oil change, tire rotation and recall repair to be completed. Service advisor told me they can't rotate the tires since they staggered, which I understood, but I asked if they could just switch them side to side since I did notice they are slightly worn and the tires are not directional. An hour and a half later they said the car was all set but they were closing soon so they didn't have time to wash it and they didn't rotate

My car was rear ended a few months ago. Though I attempted to work out with the person who ran into my bumper, it was not to be. I made a claim against their insurance. Now this...Just picked up my VW Passat from MJ Sullivan's Body Shop. I am more than thrilled!

This was probably one of the smoothest car purchases I've experienced. Jim Sisco was extremely easy to work with, my husband and I told him where we wanted to be and just a couple of hours later we drove off in the perfect car for us and our family. We will definitely be back to buy from Jim again!

MJ Sullivan's service department is terrible! In July of 2016 they replaced the motor in my 2014 Hyundai Sonata due to engine problems Hyundai was having with certain makes and years of cars. Mine being one of them. From the day I got my car back from MJ's I have had intermittent start problems. 9 months later and I am still dealing with this issue! MJ Sullivan's has refused to take responsibility for this issue which only started right after I got my car back from them!

Never, anywhere, has a dealership been as customer friendly in every aspect of the business, from the sales to service as MJ Sullivan. I bought my first new Hyundai here one year ago.
