I previously posted a positive review for this business based on their straightforward and helpful ways of handling customer service issues involving the sale of our (at the time) new 2019 Crosstrek.

Today I had one of the absolute worst customer service experiences at the dealership where I bought my car.

I would not recommend this dealer for repairs or sales to ANYONE.

Upon scheduling an oil change well in advance, I was told by a service manager that it would take about one hour. I sat in the waiting room, and not one staff member said a word to me, for two. When I saw several people who

Chris Cook's Knowledge Of His Cars Is Beyond Belief. Has Every Function Of the Car Memorized, Along With His Excellent Demeanor He's An Asset To the Reynolds "Family". I am so disappointed in the service at Reynolds. I drive very far and go out of my way to buy my car and get it serviced at Reynolds - never do that again. I took it in for general maintenance which was exorbitantly priced only to have to return 3 more times because the car was worse after I left. They talked to me as though I was an idiot - I'm not, which is just misogyny. I was talking on the phone speaker when I drove in the 2nd time and drove out with it no longer working and they tried to blame me. There was no kindness and no service. I think they thought they could keep my car for days

Top rating for sales and all other services here! I'd searched numerous dealers on line & had a lot of callbacks, but none were as courteous and helpful as Jen Segal. She was careful to listen to my desires and to meet them. She quickly resolved a very minor matter the week after the sale when I stopped in. She worked very hard to help me decide what to do about the car I arrived in and went above and beyond to assist me.
The finance person was very thorough and provided clear and valuable information about my financing choices, and went over all documents line by line to be sure I completed

Do you like lying, deceptive service managers named Keith? Come on down to Reynolds Subaru!!! They'll take $1000 from you, not fix your car AND leave you with a broken car after sitting around with your broken car for two and a half months. I cannot stress enough that Keith and his service team are NOT mechanics. They follow "procedures", gone are the days where mechanics can fix your car based on their knowledge of the vehicle. Subarus are garbage cars, Reynolds Subaru is a garbage dealership and you'd be better off spending your money anywhere but this establishment.

Excellent customer service! I highly recommend purchasing and servicing your car with the team at Reynolds. I purchased a new 2013 Impreza and I prefer to have it serviced at Reynolds when I am to busy to complete the work myself, which is most of the time. I have 180,000 miles on the car and still going strong. Recently my car was having a recall item fixed and I scheduled the interior/exterior detailing, it's like having a brand new car! I could not be happier with my Subaru experience. Thanks for being amazing!

I would give them less than a 1 if I could!!

I used Reynolds Subaru to perform a recall service on my Subaru last month. The work took a day and a half. Not complaining I was provided a loaner car but a day after picking up the car we began to have engine trouble. We had to have the car towed back to Dealership. There was a wire that came loose at least that's what I was told. They never offered to reimburse us for the tow. I guess that was my problem! We also had a $200 pair of sunglasses stolen from the vehicle from the time Durable Radiator of Waterbury picked it up to when we picked

We have been doing business with Reynolds for 25 years
including cars, boat engines, and repairs. This is not an easy place
to drop off and pick up because it is out of the way.

I had a brake job done with rotors turned that lasted less than 200 miles requiring new rotors. Although I put on few miles this auto is garaged 100% of the time. Their explanation was siting around with little use caused the rotors to fail. Not really an acceptable explanation.
Although I was not charged for the parts I was charged for labor the largest part of the bill.

My belief was the original rotors should have

We came all the way from Torrington, 1.5 hrs, and overall had a good experience. Jim Lockhart was our salesman and was very friendly. The sales manager, Nora, was very helpful. We bought a 2015 Crosstrek with a manual transmission in September of 2017 that had been on their lot for about six mos. Upon delivery, they were very accepting of our two pitbulls and we were happy with everything.

This dealership is kind of a destination place... the roads are winding to get there and the highway isn't very close. It is on a main road, but not many other businesses surrounding, so you don't

I'm not generally one to write reviews but....

I went here after test driving an XV Crosstreck at another dealership. I sat with Mike and discussed for a few minutes what I was looking for. Blue witn a 5M Transmission. He found the car with some additional options that weren't quoted in the price at the other dealer and offered to match the price. Good start. I put down a deposit and the car was delivered from VT.

I took delivery on Monday and the car had a small dent on the drivers side A-Pillar. It was brought in today to be fixed. Coincedentially, a car cover that I ordered
