Our roof is some 17 years old and twice in the past two years we have used Jim Raymond's services. The first time we had water leaking into our bedroom. Jim found the problem and explained how the shingles had not been well installed, so that over the years they had slipped down. He replaced the torn shingles and then glued down many existing shingles above the damaged area. The second problem was far less serious. Jim stands by his work, his pricing was fair, and he has a A+ rating at the BBB (on 12/16/2021).
