Joel is a true Prescottonian, born in the heart of Arizona. He is a devoted family man who loves all sports and working hard. Joel grew up working alongside his dad, Kyle MacGregor on many different types of construction projects. Over the years, Joel learned the necessary skills to build homes and commercial buildings from start to finish.
After contacting 2 big name companies and getting a laughable $600-700 estimate to replace two torsion springs, and being blown off by the other company I decided to call Top Notch. I called at 2pm and Joel had an opening at 5pm that same day. He showed up on time, parts in hand ready to get it done.

Garage door spring broke Saturday morning. I contacted Top Notch who said they could come out same day, but I said it was fine to come Monday. They did an excellent job not only repairing the door, but made adjustments that needed to be made, and did a tune up. Their price was extremely fair, these guys know what they are doing and they do it really well. The garage door is working so much better than it did before the spring broke. I highly recommend Joel and his crew.

Joel came out the same day we called to report our garage door was not working. He assessed and analyzed the situation and explained to us, in easy to understand terms, what the problems were and what our options were. He didn't press one solution over another. He clearly let it be our decision. We opted to go with a new door opener. Joel showed up on time on the scheduled day. He worked quickly and efficiently and in about an hour our new opener was installed along with the remotes being programmed. We were very pleased with the service and efficiency of everything. Had an issue with our door and called Top Notch Garage Doors. The young lady said Joel could work me in the next day (Sunday). Joel showed up, explained all options and he came equipped to make the most common and recommended repair that would make my door operate smoothly and safely. He also did an inspection, lubed and made adjustments. He is definitely my go to guy for any garagedoor service and replacement.
