I called on a Monday, and was told that they could be in my area (Dewey) either Tuesday or Friday. I chose Tuesday. My technician, Carter, called at about 8:30am to say he'd be here between 9 and 10. He pulled up at about 9:05. Carter confirmed it was indeed the main spring (it was in two pieces) and quickly replaced it. It took less than an hour. Carter was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions that I kept asking him while he was working. I had never had a garage door spring break in my life, but I guess it's not that uncommon. I would definitely use Neumann High Country Doors

We were very impressed with the service from the technician Wes who came out and replaced our garage door opener. He was knowledgeable about the product and its operation, was helpful, and thorough. The garage door technician sent out by Neumann garage doors was outstanding. Wyatt did the most thorough garage door tuneup I ever had done. He also installed a garage opener key pad for us at a great price. We had A1 come out a couple weeks earlier on a coupon add and the tech refused to adjust the garage spring. Neumann is the company I will use for any of my garage door issues. Honest, punctual and fair pricing.

It sucks they change doors so often that you can't get replacement segments, so be aware of that. The folks I dealt with Eric,. Alyssa, and I the guy that actually came.to do the door were fantastic. They got everything done within a reasonable time frame, awaiting materials to come in. I would recommend for sure. With anything, do your research but I had no issues with them or the company

Installer Carter Gregory was on time, courteous and professional appearing and acting in every way, worked continuously for 3 1/2 hours, clean truck equipped with all the right tools and supplies and took his own trash away. Finished job is perfect. Hard to beat all that. There is none better than High Country Garage Doors!
