Our retail business have two storefront door with Mortise lock hook deadbolt & double key. Burglar temper with the front door therefore had to replace both door lock. Service staff arrived around 5:30pm and left for the part and finished the work around 8:30pm. Due to the after hour service, we have got charged $900.00 for the work. However, the 4 lock cylinder was not installed (see the picture) due to inaccurate size. After three weeks of waiting, the service staff mention that because the cylinders were specially ordered, each will cost additional $50.00 totaling another $200.00 The work should
