If I can keep my time to a minimum your cost will be kept lower. On a simple lean to structure, the patio cover, awning or deck cover posts & beams will be a "primer red color", the roof panels will be silver. This primer will need to be painted within 2 weeks of installation. From that point on we have many options to choose from.

I recently had a carport built over my driveway attached to my existing roof. I received a quote which was a very fair price, the work was done on the day promised...they even worked until nighttime to complete the build. I was very satisfied with the materials used and the quality of the work. One week after, we had a hard rain and water was leaking all along where carport was attached to my house. I reached out to Rodney and he apologized and said this would be an easy fix (flashing would have to be installed). I waited a couple of weeks and called again and was told he would make it out

Rodney did a fantastic job building a commercial roof over the patio at Sandras Cantina in Spring Branch. He frequently worked at night to not disrupt the restaurant. This was very helpful and appreciated. The job Rodney and his team did was excellent. Check out Sandras Cantina at 281 near 306 in Spring Branch and you can see for yourself. Rodney also did painting of the structure, electrical work and hung ceiling fans and LED lighting. Again, he did great work.
The work took longer than quoted. It was a big job and lots of extras with the lighting and fans so I was not surprised. Lastly

So it's October 29,2015, still have not receive my refund. $3,075.00. ON Angie's Listed, his comments was, " I have the cashier's check receipt" , but does he have the copy of the cashier's check, to show I cash it, no, because I never got it. he also said "What you are doing is slandering" I don't think I'm slandering his business, I'm just telling the truth. I tired to reschedule , but he blocked my call's. He also said, he was the lowest bid, but the lowest bid is not always the best one, what a lesson I had to learn the hard way.

Had a few issues in the beginning with rain seeping in the connection from the roof to where the carport connects to the house. After a few fixes and adding another piece of metal to help the water flow it works great. Our home would receive direct sunlight and it's much cooler now plus our vehicles are safe from damage.

You're not going to find a better price or higher quality than what these guys will offer you. Rodney and team was willing to drive to north Austin, as I found them on Craigslist. If you have any doubts, take a look at their many pics on their site, and you see each job is a custom solution.
