Our goal is to get you pricing at the completion of the initial visit. Due to the complexity of certain projects, it can sometimes take a few days to get you an exact pricing. First Step would be coming out to give an estimate on project and we can work on a 3D design so you can see what project will look like.

Very stressful experience from start to finish. First they told me that a city permit was not needed for a patio and electrical work being done, which was not true and I knew that. I had to provide them city documentation stating it was needed. Work crew didn't pay attention to details, crooked framing for patio cement pour (means crooked patio); the patio stamp was not uniform, and slanted; they repaired damage they did to the stone kitchen island with wrong color cement and was told the color would match after it dries; it didn't match as I knew it wouldn't, so they had to do the

We hired Fine Patio Design to design and construct a pergola covering a flagstone patio and also to tear down and rebuild a screened in porch. We met with Andrew and he promptly presented us with a design that we had not envisioned which really makes the patio a showpiece. The construction went very smoothly and all of the craftsmen were very skilled and professional. Andrew was always quick to reply to any inquiries, which we really appreciated. Fine Patio Design exceeded our expectations with the patio extension and pool installation for our home. Walter’s vision for the project was exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined on our own.

I’ve been a client of Fine Patio Design since 2010. It started with building our patio which led to an extensive overhaul of our backyard that involved several thousand square feet of stamped concrete and stone masonry finishing a with beautiful fireplace and pergola. Major outdoor patio expansion. They tripled the size of our former patio, embracing my design. We extended the roof, added stamped concrete over the new and existing patio, added a tongue and groove ceiling, and added stone cut pillars and a circular seating fire pit. Finally, railings incircling it all to keep the grandkids from falling off. Very talented and respectful crews. Walter the owner is easy to talk to and made some very good suggestions during the project that had to add to his cost, but wouldn't increase agreed to charges. Beat first company's price quote and even removed center columns

We hired Fine Patio Design to build an extension to our patio and cover - the design and result is beyond amazing!!! We originally had a 20' x 10' covered patio and extended it to be 20' x 30' with a massive A-frame cover, cedar beams, cedar tongue and groove on the ceiling all tied into our roof beautifully...it's just stunning!! Walter and Andrew are beyond professional and go out of their way to make sure that the job is done perfectly and the client is happy. We will definitely use them again - I see an outdoor kitchen in our future!!!

We contracted this company for a stamped concrete patio, wood burning fire pit and stone bench. We were extremely pleased with the patio work and crew. Everything went smoothly with that part of the process. When it came to the fire pit and stone bench the crew was less pleasant and did not seem to understand what we wanted with the fire pit. They were not as easy to talk to and semed to try to rush through the work. The second crew even went as far as to urinate on our side of the fence instead of asking to use our restroom, which would have been no problem at all. We never dealt with the owners

May 2013: We have contracted with Walter of Fine Patio Design for a fairly large project that will include stamped concrete patio, pergola, outdoor kitchen, and covered patio with conversion of an upstairs window to double French doors. Walter came to our home several times to discuss the project details and show us a 3D model of the project, which provided a good visual of what the end result will look like. Our project will begin very promptly as promised. We are looking forward to enjoying the outdoors in our own backyard, as well as having some shade before the heat of the summer.
