We are a Maryland Department of Natural Resources approved installer of marine sanitation systems. We service all brands and install both Edson and JonnyTrapp systems.

Very poor quality company! Avoid at all costs! Robyn hung the phone up on me! She was very unprofessional and cost me time and money. She canceled my appointment with out any notice and refused to return my phone calls. These are not the type people to deal with if you are looking for a professional company. I'm surprised that Rolfe has her dealing with the customers since she is a very abrasive person. Read the other reviews, she's hung up on other people too. She must have anger management issues!

Robyn’s septic was terrible. We paid over $700 for inspections of well and septic system. They inspected our septic tank and did $2800 worth of work when closing on our house that the seller paid for. The day that we closed, there was no water to our house because Robyn’s wasn’t capable of splicing a wire that they were paid to fix. A few months after moving in, our septic overflowed after all of the work that they completed. They told me to have another company pump it out which I did and they came back to look at it. They discovered that there was another septic opening that was buried

I called several places to compare how they perform septic inspections. Several said they would perform a hydrolic load test, to ensure that the system can handle the pressure of using the system. This would show that the system has no leaks and is intact. Next the system would be pumped and visually inspected.
Keep in mind, I'm new to understanding septic systems, how they work, what should be done etc.

Their customer service is AMAZING! They will go the extra mile and get the job done and on time. They pull and review all records/permits from the county.
