Same day quote as promised, super responsive, incredibly hard working; honestly they worked SO FAST, even in 100°F heat!!
Emilio has loads of options to choose from so even when you're just filing an insurance claim - you don't have to feel like you are "stuck" with a few choices. Emilio & crew were on-site less than a week after initial quote, despite there being a lot of other homes in the area with damage.
We feel like we were treated like VIP customers & this was both our first experience with a bid/contactor job as well as the first time we've ever made an insurance claim.

Please do some research into the contractors that you hire. This man put in writing that he could offer a 30 year warranty with Timberline GAF shingles however, when I called Timberline, they said he hasn't been certified since 2013 so that means he can only offer a 10 year warranty. He told me he would take pictures of all of the work, said over & over that he emailed me everything in writing ,(lies) didn't take out a permit for all of the work he was hired to do, didn't complete the job & tried collecting the money in cash before completion & before even getting it inspected. Walk away & find

Our roof was a mess and had leaks and needed done years ago, spent time explaining to us what exactly needed done for the best outcome and they came and got the job done on time and looks great! You could tell the workers were very professional and all worked very hard as a group and would highly recommend! They do care about the quality of there work!
