Horrible work and horrible customer service. I had this company roof my house in 2012. First, they tried to substitute different shingles that were leftovers from a previous job. The owner became quite irritated when I demanded he use the actual shingles I had ordered. I began having issues with the roof almost immediately but the owner would not stand behind their work. Now, 7 years later, I have to replace the entire roof and repair damage caused by this shoddy work. I have had two other companies tell me that the work done by R&S was done improperly for the type of roof I have and not done
