I had a good experience with J&S flooring. They always called back within 10-20 minutes of leaving a message. Regina was friendly and nice to deal with. She helped me find out that Lowes had everything ready but never updated their system. A quick call to Lowes and the next day J&S flooring called to set up an appointment. Installer Michael called prior to coming. Arrived when he said he would and did a great job installing the carpet in my bedroom and stairs. I definitely plan on using them again when I re-carpet my living room.

I would love to rate this company according to the work…. However, I paid for the service in full over a month ago and I still have no floors. In fact I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for a return call. I spoke to a nice woman named Regina probably 15 times however, it’s impossible for the scheduling department to return calls. I can’t even speak to anyone about a refund! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Lowes should ditch this unprofessional contractor!

This place is a scam. Very unprofessional and can’t believe Lowe’s uses them as a contractor. The owner is a scam artist looking to make an extra dollar and blaming Lowe’s for their oversight. I wouldn’t let them install a light bulb. Worst company ever and the biggest scam artist. What a waste of time

These people are the worst. Very bad customer service. Installer never showed up. We spent a whole day clearing out three bedrooms, taking apart bed frames, and moving furniture for our scheduled carpet installation which was due to be delivered between 8am and 12pm. Well 12pm came and went. We called the main office, no answer for an hour. Finally someone answered the phone at 1pm (one hour after scheduled installation time) and informed us the there was an issue with the first job, causing a delay. Just had my backsplash installed and what a great job. Alex was very professional and polite. Called and said they would arrive in 30 minutes and was on time. Some areas were difficult to do, but he made it look easy. Would recommend using them again

Ordered my flooring through Lowe's and they contracted with J an S to do the installation. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.
I was given a window of between 8-11am the previous day. The installers arrived at 8am and got right to work! Cash and Alejandro were hard working and this was definitely not their first installation. They moved furniture and were able to spot that my floor was not level in some places and knew exactly how to fix the issue.
The way they were able to cut the pieces to fit every corner was very impressive. Their craftsmanship was second to none.
