There was a 2004 Saturn Vue I got from him over 7 years ago. Sold it to my cousin. She's still driving it today.

My family bought several cars from them around the same time one car needed a complete engine rebuild and another the trans went quickly they have a bunch of 🍋 come to find out they knew about the problems do your self a favor and spend a little extra to get a certified pre-owned this company is a joke scamming people with junk cars🤬

If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would.I took my daughter down here to buy her very first car they were kind considerate and extremely helpful and had her in the car that same day. Fast forward a month later my little girl was in a terrible car accident and totaled that car. The concern of my daughter's well-being went beyond compare the help that they gave us and getting her in a new car as soon as possible was unbelievable. The care and concern that they show shows that they are real people understanding real people's needs. The customer service they show is beyond comparison

I had a great experience here! Very nice, honest, down to earth people. They helped me every strep of the way, and even stayed 2 hours after closing so I could leave with my Jeep!! Great customer service! Great owners!! I would highly recommend buying a car here!

Great People and a great car buying experience . Did have much of a credit score and and being a first time buyer they made it a great experience and where very good at teaching me along the way . Even after i lost the keys to a car i test drove witch i felt bad about they made me feel at home .

Jon and his wife are very friendly and family oriented. This is the second time I did business with Ferrell's and will in the future. Their lil old dog Bentley is very cute.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. Bought a car from them and not even 3 days later the transmission goes. We call Farrell’s to see what they can do, but since they say it’s not their problem.. they GOOGLE a “solution” because they don’t want to deal with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. LOOK ELSEWHERE. Horrible customer service from both John the owner and George the salesperson.
