I bought a car thru them and all of a sudden the rear of the car was making noises the mechanic even heard it by driving the said car they put it on a regular drive on lift an the mechanic couldn't find nothing wrong at all so I move to pa even thou I had the car for 2 years now the rear end was making the same noise again I took it to a garage and they put the car on a different kind a lift an found out what was wrong with the car which auto plaza didn't do the first time or the 2nd time I brought the car to them now this is the 3rd time so what this garage found that the rear axle is bad so I

This is my second time buying a car from Auto Plaza. It's so much different than your traditional car dealer. First of all you actually feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Secondly they listen to what exactly you are looking for and will not try to pressure you into something different just to get a sale. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Both times I've bought cars here I've felt as if I've made new friendships. I can't recommend them high enough if you are in the market for a quality used car.

Do Not Believe Anything Negative said about this place!!! Must come see for Yourself..honestly. The Owner is Honest and really down to earth. Good people. Holly went soooo far and beyond for me. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful they didn't keep me there all day and I got a car that is reliable that I can afford I would strongly recommend anybody who needs a car to stop by and give these guys a chance. They will get you. You will pay THOUSANDS above the reasonable value of the car. These people take advantage of poor and uneducated people who are in need of a car. Their cars are also in VERY bad condition. Look no further than to how dirty they keep their cars. They don't even have the decency of vacuuming the car for their customers. RUN AWAY!

I bought my car 3 months ago and put about 3k miles on my car. I took it in to get my first free oil change and they refused to change the oil. Stating it’s still good and has 4K more miles left before needing an oil change. As long as I’ve owned cars I’ve be told to change the oil every 3 months or 3000 miles. Also they said they would order me a new key for my car. The first time the key came in it was wrong and wouldn’t program to my car. I’m still waiting to get my new spare key.
