Fortin Construction offers everything you need to build a new home in one stop. Budget and schedule were spot on. All materials used are name brand quality. Dedicated service guy for one year after completion is a very nice touch. Best of all Fortin was able to locate/position my home providing a bone-dry basement in an area which makes that almost impossible. Would highly recommend. Well done!!

We built a house through Fortin construction. From start to finish the process was great- as stress free as building a house could be. We hired Fortin to build our home, and we have no regrets! We heard about them via word of mouth from friends who also built with Fortin. After our initial meeting with Mark Fortin, and the walk through of their show room, we decided that they would best suit our needs! Mark was always very responsive with any questions or concerns we had and got the job done in a timely manner! We love our beautiful home!

Cheap materials, electrical is always bugging out.. Within two years of home purchase we got a burst pipe.... plumber said that it had been burst prior to me purchasing the house and that it had a "quick fix". But honestly the biggest letdown is the materials. I wouldn't recommend someone to purchase a house built by this company.
