This past June we moved into our new home built by Bouffard and Mcfarland Builders. Working with Reggie and Gary on the construction of our new home was a very positive experience.

We have had the same trim and cabinet people from the inception of our company so we maintain the same quality in every house we build, no turnover of employees that you may see in many other companies.
Bouffard & McFarland Builders specializes in custom-built homes. This means that we work very closely with each and every one of our customers to design a home that will suit the needs of each individual. We have an architect that will work one-on-one to help design a house with your budget in mind.
Bouffard & McFarland Builders offers Turn-Key Packages to all of its customers. This means that after paying an agreed upon down-payment, we finance the building process and sell it to you upon completion of construction. This is a great option for customers who don't want to take out a construction loan.
Bouffard & McFarland Builders might be the only builder around that offers FREE kitchen installation. When you purchase your kitchen, we install it at no extra charge. Your kitchen allowance goes entirely toward the purchase of custom cabinets and countertops. Bouffard and McFarland's craftsmanship and quality is most obvious in their exquisite cabinetry and kitchen construction.

I was looking for LEED builders in Maine when Bouffard and McFarland came up on the search. Google must be playing the opposite game with searches today because they are about the least environmentally friendly group imaginable. What they have done on Davville and Woodbury is a travesty. there has been no consideration to local flora fauna or current residents
