I've worked this industry from bottom to top. After going to college for the necessary certifications in residential, commercial and light industrial service, I worked as a technician. In 2009, I became NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified and then became Master Heat Pump Certified through the Arizona Heat Pump Council in 2011.

Both people that have come out have been patient with my million of questions, intelligent and they know what they are doing! Where do I start!! Kris first off is an amazing person who is very polite and helpful . I have used his services now about 5 times. Every time I call he is prompt with a response and he is on time! Our air here in AZ is important and with me having young ones the A/C must be functioning and I trust Kris to maintain my unit as well as his emergency services when the unit goes out when it's 110 degrees plus. Don't hesitate to give him a call. I will be using him to replace our 3 units which he also gave the best price in town!

Kris is absolutely incredible. I was referred to him when my 8 year old Trane unit was having issues, and he exceeded every expectation I had. He is very responsive, polite, and clearly not going to take advantage of you in any way. He helped fix my unit, and I referred him to my father who needed a new unit. My father was also extremely impressed with not only his service but his pricing. He was much cheaper than the larger companies. And their install team did an amazing job. Everyone is happy. He is the most trustworthy AC company I have ever come into contact with.

I highly recommend Like No Other Air and Heaters. This locally owned small business is trustworthy, responsive, and fair. Our air conditioner went out while we were asleep Sunday night in the Arizona summer. We woke up very early Monday as the house started to heat up. We left a message at 5:00 am and received a call by 7:00. They had someone out that day, assessed the situation and put a temporary fix together to get us through the next few days. The explained our options and did not try to stere us to the most expensive one. They installed our new air conditioner a few days later

I was referred to this company by a realtor friend as we were having issues with our home warranty company fixing a freon leak, and giving us varying opinions on what needed to be done. The owner sent Nick out to come give it a look over and his findings were more in line with what we suspected. We were in the process of trying to get things resolved with the home warranty when guess what...4:30pm on a Friday night when the temp was 114 for the day, the unit totally went out. I just had my ac unit replaced. I had several companies come out for estimates. All the companies that came out were complete salesman. Accept for one. Kris with Like No Other Air and Heat! Kris came out the same day I called for an estimate. He also educated my wife and I what was wrong with our old unit. He gave us several options and his… suggestions which was for the basic instead of wanting to sell me the highest and most expensive unit. I trusted Kris immediately and hired him on the spot!! It is rare these days to come across a business that is run with excellent ethics, customer service AND price. More and more if one of the three points of that triangle exceeds, the others suffer and under deliver. Not so with Like No Other. Kris came out to save me and my pets at 10 at night when my AC suddenly stopped working. He was kind, courteous, and honest. He had my AC up and working within just a few minutes, replaced a couple parts, and when he didn't have the exact right part, said he would be back the next day to replace it at no charge. And he did come back! They didn't gouge me in services charges (when they certainly could have at 10pm!) or charge a bunch of overhead on the parts. In a world of people doing as little as they can to make as much money as they can, this company is a ray of light.

I have used Kris Adams of Like No Other Air and Heating twice. The first time my mini-split was leaking. Although he hoped it was a minor fix, it turned out it was more complicated. Kris explained everything so I could understand it and actually apologized for the cost of repairing it.
At that time he looked at my main unit which was very old and he psuggested just running it until it stopped working. We discussed options at that time and approximate costs.
When it stopped working I contact Kris. We again discussed the options. Although the option I selected was more costly he did not try

I can't say enough about the quality of service Kris provided our family. While waiting for our home warranty to provide terrible service we called Kris. He fit us into his schedule, did the work and even… provided a small portable a/c for the bedroom just in case it took awhile for the house to reach optimal temperature. He's a man of integrity and we will use him and refer him to all who ask. Thanks Kris! My AC went out and I brought in one of the "big companies" - the "best" quote was for over $2,000 to replace a fan, a switch that had not yet gone bad, and two of their service plans. I sent that guy away. I contacted Kris about a on going leak I had that for the past 4 months. He came by and went into the attic, then went up on the roof and sealed everything that he could. He then had me spray water on the roof area for quite some time, then went back into the attic to see if there were any leaks, and I'm glad to say that there weren't any! Did I mention that I just had my roof replaced last year and that my roofer NEVER went this far looking for the leak!!! Kris was very straight forward and very knowledgeable. I will be using him for all my AC work from now on.

Kris is the best AC guy I have ever met! My grandmas house needed a completely new AC unit and he had it ordered and installed within 2 days (1 of which was over New Years Day). He is extremely knowledgeable and treats you like you are family. He is very reasonable and personally makes sure everything is 100% before he leaves. Highly recommended to anyone!

I found Like No Other Air & Heating after many calls to other companies looking for service on my unit. The other companies never showed for the appointment. Kris showed up! I don't even know where to start. I just thank god for a friend that referred me to Kris. After our air went out a few days ago...and 1 year after a brand new unit was put in..we were rescued by Kris. Not only was he quick to come check it out, seeing he lives over an hour away from us, he looked out for US, and didn't take advantage by the horrible situation we were in.
