We had Copper Star install a new AC unit. From the initial call for an estimate to the install everything went smooth and timely. On the day of the install it was raining but that didn't deter these guys at all, not even having to go in the crawl space under our house. They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions. We would highly recommend Copper Star to everyone.

He was able to figure out that the ac unit was okay and that it may be an electrical issue for the reason why it wasn’t working and turns out it was. The overall experience was great. Not only did the crew arrive on time as scheduled, but Tom was onsite with them to ensure they were dialed into the work that needed to be done.
